Your First Visit
When calling to schedule your appointment, a member of our team will send you a link to complete all necessary paperwork, including a questionnaire that helps us learn more about your dental needs and goals. On the day of your visit, you will be greeted by our front desk team as well as an assistant who will remain with you throughout your exam.
You’ll be taken on a tour of our office before becoming comfortable in a treatment chair so that we can perform a comprehensive exam. This includes taking photos and X-rays of your mouth as well as collecting necessary data to build your chart. Dr. Schnackenberg and an assistant will then complete your exam and present a treatment plan, complete with the cost included, as well as the number of appointments that will be required.
